Updating contacts

It is only possible to update a primary contact from the customer's details page or the Profile tab in the Customer Area.

To change details for your customer, please follow these steps:

  • Login to your reseller area
  • Go to Customers
  • Find the customer you wish to change and click on "details"
  • Go to the "Contacts'" tab

  • Click on "details" behind the Primary contact
  • Then go to "Actions" and click on "Modify"

  • After you changed the details, click "Save" to apply.

TLD Specifics

At these pages it is also possible to fill in TLD specifics for domain registration. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Login to your reseller area
  • Go to Customers
  • Find the customer you wish to change and click on "details"
  • Go to the "Contacts'" tab

  • Click on "details" behind the Primary contact
  • Then go to "Actions" and select the registry at "Set additional contact properties."

  • After you changed the details, click "Save" to apply.
