Support Tickets

You can ask support from Resello if you are not sure about something or need assistance. Keep in mind, we offer reseller level support, and thus, we expect you to have exhausted your own troubleshooting efforts before sending in a ticket.

You can send in a ticket to Resello from back Backoffice.

When sending in a ticket, make sure to include as much information as possible regarding the issue or question.

- Package name

- Customer ID
