      1. Guide to set up CCAvenue in Hostcontrol.

In order to set up your CCA account in Hostcontrol, please find the option at Finance > Payments > Payment Gateways:

Find the option to set up the payment gateway for CCAvenue:

Next, you'll be asked for a number of settings. We'll go through them briefly.

    • Name**: The name is a free-form field. This is how the payment gateway will show in Hostcontrol.
    • Merchant ID**: This is your merchant ID from CCAvenue. You can find this at Settings > API keys in your CCAvenue account.



Next are a few settings that CCA support can set for you. You may find these at Settings > API keys in your CCAvenue account.

    • Redirect URL**: This is our URL, and always static. We use a secure proxy to communicate payments to CCA.
    • Access code for Redirect URL**: This is the access code for the Redirect URL. *
    • Encryption key for Redirect URL**: This is the encryption key for the Redirect URL. *
    • IP address**: This is the IP address used to check for the status of payments. This is a fixed IP.
    • Access code for IP**: This is the access code for the IP. *
    • Encryption key for IP address**: This is the encryption key for the IP. *

  • The Redirect URL and the IP address need to be set up in your account by CCAvenue Support. They will also provide the Access codes and Encryption keys. You may contact them at [their support address]
