This article is about creating a website builder plan for your direct customers. Your subresellers can purchase the same products as you for your set price. How to set up these prices, please look at the appropriate page.

How do I create a website builder plan?

Follow these steps to create a hosting plan:

  • Log in to your Reseller Area
  • Go to Products -> Hosting & Email -> Customer prices

  • Go to Actions and select the kind of plan you wish to create

Here, you can start creating the plan:

  • Name - Name of the plan you are creating. You can choose this yourself
  • Category - The category of the plan you are creating, name this yourself
  • Sort order - The order is used to order your hosting plans in your website. The ordering is descending, thus the highest number is the first



A Website builder plan is mainly limited by the **amount of pages**. This is why there is an extra option present, which sets the amount of pages a customer can create per plan:

Specification options


Of course, some other default specification options are also available.

  • Storage quota - The maximum amount of space for data. This can be email or hosting space. Leave blank to set to unlimited
  • Traffic quota - The maximum amount of traffic that the plan can handle per month. Leave blank to set to unlimited
  • Max. domains - The maximum amount of domains your customer is able to link to this plan. Leave blank to set to unlimited
  • Max. mailboxes - The maximum amount of mailboxes your customer is able to create. Leave blank to set to unlimited
  • Max. email aliases/forwards - The maximum amount of email aliases/forwards your customer is able to create. Leave blank to set to unlimited
  • Max. mailbox size - The maximum mailbox size your customer is able to set for his email. Leave blank to set to unlimited
  • SMTP - Enable customer to send email through the hostcontrol mailserver
  • POP3 - Enables customer to send email through the POP3-protocol
  • IMAP - Enables customer to send email through the IMAP-protocol
